Management team
EU Rep is the brainchild of David Fagan, respected privacy lawyer and former head of the Data Protection Unit in Eversheds, one of Europe’s largest law firms. David has over 25 years experience in EU privacy law.
David Fagan
Founder
David Fagan is a respected privacy lawyer who has both run his own successful practice as well as having formerly been partner at Eversheds. David specialises in multi jurisdictional legal projects, with a focus on the EMEA region and he has worked with household names such as Amazon, Microsoft, Heinz, Kelloggs, Air France, KLM, Nestle, Polo Ralph Lauren and Cisco.
Sharon McGauley
Operations Director
Sharon McGauley is based in Derry (Northern Ireland) in the UK, Sharon has spent her career in data. Working mostly in the healthcare sector and in GDPR consultancy, but also in other areas. She uses her knowledge and experience of the GDPR sector to implement innovative solutions for EU Rep.
Chris Boyd
Finance Director
Chris Boyd is an accountant and businessman with business interests in several countries in Europe. He has previously been involved in the Legal Services market in Dublin. We are delighted to have Chris as our Financial Director.
Robert Hall
Technical Director
Based in Paris, Robert has a Master’s degree in IT from Sorbonne Nouvelle. He has worked for CNRS laboratories and created automation tools for the University of California, Berkley.
